   If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased, please contact us by phone or email within 10 days of receiving your item for an exchange or a FULL refund.

  Shipping:

 We use United States Postal Service, UPS and Fedx for shipping. You will receive an e-mail  confirming the details of your order. Your item will be shipped within two days of purchase. If a situation arises that will delay your order, you will be contacted by either phone or e-mail. Insurance is highly recommended.
